The Fourth International Artefacta Conference

The Fourth International Artefacta Conference, 13-14 February 2025, Helsinki

The conference registration fee is 120 euros (including lunches and coffees for both days). The conference dinner on Wednesday 13 February costs additional 70 euros and will be held at the beautiful Design Museum in the centre of Helsinki. University reception will be held at the University main building on Friday 14 February evening and is free of charge.  

The workshops and tours are held on Saturday 15 February and are also free of charge. Registering for the workshops and tours are in a separate form that will be sent to you via email after the conference registration. We strongly recommend guests to plan their travels so that they would have time to participate on Saturday's activities.  

We offer reduced student price, 80 euros, for master and doctoral student registration. There are 20 places reserved in this price, after they are filled, also the students will pay normal registration fee. In case of utilising this opportunity, please send your student certificate to artefacta2025@helsinki.fi.

Registration is open until end of January 2025.

Please note that if you cancel your registration, no refunds will be paid.

Registration is always binding. Payment occurs immediately. By paying the fees you accept the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Fees are payable with a credit card, mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto), or through an online bank transfer (Finnish banks). Payments are made through the Verifone Finland Oy, BlueCommerce website.
