CLIMADEMY FINAL CONFERENCE & TEACHERS’ CLIMATE CHANGE FORUM 2025

Register for the CLIMAte change teachers’ acaDEMY (CLIMADEMY) Conference & Teachers Climate Change Forum (TCCF), 31. March - 2. April, 2025, and Nature & Co-creativity experience / CLIMADEMY Final meeting 3. - 4. April, 2025, Hyytiälä.

Registration Types & Fees

• General participation is 75 € (early bird) and is valid until 16.2.2025. After that, the fee is 85 €.
• Distant participation (online) is free of charge but requires registration. Note that not all sessions will be available online.
• Organizers’ registration is free of charge.

Note that it is possible to attend the conference in its totality or partially, but the same fee for general participation will apply. The Nature & Co-creativity Experience is optional and included in the fee. You can select it by ticking the box.

Deadlines

Registration is open until 9.3.2025.

Cancellation of registration is possible and must be notified by e-mail to tiedekasvatus@helsinki.fi. By 16.2.2025, you will receive a refund of the conference registration fee, minus a 30 € administrative charge. Refunds are not available after 16.2.2025.

Costs & Payment

Please note that 75 € / 85 € covers only the registration fee, you will pay for accommodation and meals directly to Hyytiälä Forest Station once your participation is confirmed. The average price for accommodation in a shared room for the entire event is 360 €. For details about price, accommodation, and meals, visit Hyytiälä’s website.

Registration is always binding. Payment occurs immediately. By paying the fees you accept the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Fees are payable with a credit card, mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto), or through an online bank transfer (Finnish banks). Payments are made through the Verifone Finland Oy, BlueCommerce website.
