Extension application fee: Faculty of Medicine

Before paying the extension application fee, please carefully read the instructions on applying for an extension in the Instructions for Students under the section "If your right to study expires".

A fee of 50 euros will be charged for the processing of the extension application starting from January 1, 2025 (Government Decree 199/2024, Section 4). With this form, you will pay the processing fee for the extension application. You must apply for an extension separately. Apply for an extension in Sisu when you have a valid study right and access to Sisu. Apply for an extension using the faculty's electronic form if you do not have a valid study right and no access to Sisu.

Maksua ei palauteta. 

Opintomaksut perustuvat yliopistolakiin (558/2009, Finlex) sekä valtioneuvoston asetukseen yliopistojen toiminnassa perittävistä maksuista (1082/2009) ja asetuksen muutokseen (1436/2014).

Opintomaksut ovat arvonlisäverottomia (Arvonlisäverolaki 1501/19993, 39§, Finlex).

Payment occurs immediately. By paying the fees you accept the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Fees are payable with a credit card, mobile payments (MobilePay, Siirto), or through an online bank transfer (Finnish banks). Payments are made through the Verifone Finland Oy, BlueCommerce website.
